I got exactly what I ordered, and everything was correct. Compared to a few other orders I’ve placed elsewhere, this one was simple and hassle-free, which I really appreciated.

I got it installed in the end, the instructions just weren’t super clear in a couple spots so I had to fiddle with it a bit.

I set up my Regal Flame unit yesterday, and it was easier than I expected. I’m not the handiest person, so I kept second-guessing whether I was matching the parts up right, but the instructions were clear enough and it took me around 25 minutes total.
Once I plugged it in, everything worked right away. It looks really clean in the room and adds a cozy feel without being over the top. I was wondering if I’d regret the purchase at first, but so far I’m happy with it and would buy it again.

The remote has been frustrating so far. It only seems to respond if I’m standing right next to the unit, which kind of defeats the purpose. If you’re using it in a really small space it might be okay, but from my couch it barely works.

It works fine overall, but I had to fiddle with it a bit to get it to fit my old fireplace. it feels like anything made for older fireplaces never fits quite right the first time. Not a huge deal, just more hassle than I was expecting.

I was kind of in a rush when I tried it out, but it only warmed things up a little. It’s not terrible, just not enough to really heat my room the way I needed.

I got an electric fireplace from Regal Flame, and it heats up my small room well without making my power bill go crazy. I don’t leave it running all day or nothing, but so far it’s been more efficient than I expected. Shipping wasn’t bad either.

Just a heads-up for anyone thinking about buying this — the burn time was nowhere near what was advertised. Mine burned out way faster than I expected, and it felt like I was just watching my money disappear. Maybe I ended up with a bad batch, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t take the chance again. I definitely won’t be reordering.

When I was looking through the product details, I couldn’t find clear safety instructions or any obvious certifications. Since this is fire-related stuff, that really mattered to me. I just didn’t feel confident enough to trust it or go through with an order.

I was disappointed with how fast this burned through fuel. It really didn’t last long at all, and I felt like I was refilling it again and again way sooner than I expected.

It feels sturdy enough overall, but there’s a slight wobble that makes something feel a bit off. It works fine, I just wish it felt more stable.

It’s not terrible, honestly. The flames look okay when you’re sitting across the room, but if you get up close, they do start to look a little fake. Still, for the overall vibe, it works well enough.

The box arrived all smashed up and half open, which was already a bad sign. The thing inside had scratches on it and a few pieces looked kind of bent, like it had been knocked around the whole time or something. There wasn’t really any proper packing in there either, just loose in the carton. I emailed them about it and I’m still waiting to hear back. Frustrating when you pay for delivery and it turns up like that.

I really wanted to like this, but it makes this annoying noise all night and it’s impossible to ignore. I kept thinking maybe there was some setting I missed or something I was supposed to adjust, but the next steps aren’t clear at all. Am I supposed to reset it, return it, contact support? No idea. At this point it’s just too loud to actually enjoy.

The finish is good overall, but there was a tiny rough edge on one corner. not a huge issue or anything, just enough that I’d probably give it 4 stars instead of 5

I saw a promo code and figured I was getting a decent deal, so I went ahead and added everything to my cart. But once I got to checkout, the discount barely took anything off, which was kind of disappointing. The checkout page was a little confusing too, so I wasn’t totally sure what was applying and what wasn’t. In the end, it just didn’t feel like the deal I thought I was getting.

We’ve only used it a couple of times in our fire pit, so I can’t say for sure how it’ll be every time, but so far there hasn’t been much smoke or smell. It burned fine and did what we needed it to do

But after just a few months, some parts started feeling loose and kind of worn out. I don’t think I was hard on it or anything, so I don’t feel like this should’ve happened so soon. For the price, I expected it to hold up better. I wouldn’t order from Regal Flame again.

My order showed up on time, so no issue there, but the box was dented when it arrived. Luckily nothing inside was broken, though there definitely could’ve been more padding. The product itself is kind of a works-when-it-wants situation, which is frustrating, but packaging-wise it wasn’t terrible. Just wish it felt a little more secure.

I got my Regal Flame unit last week, and first impressions are really good. I obviously haven’t had it long enough to say how it’ll hold up over time, but it feels solid out of the box. Nothing seems flimsy, the pieces fit together nicely, and the finish looks clean. For the price, it seems better built than I was expecting.
